There’s lots and lots of healthy options for sweets and desserts (when you get a moment, click on my FAQ, there’s 2 links on there that will lead you a world of healthy deliciousness). OH! and I just linked all my intake/hot spots/recipes on the blog called ‘Pretty Hungry’ so peep that too when you get a moment ;)
In regards to when the deets will be posted for the next challenge, it will be this Saturday Feb. 4th!
