jaime-s asked: do you not eat junk food at all? i can handle not eating chips or candy and such but my love towards bread... my white bread was replaced with sprouted grain/whole grain but i can not give up my crumbs cup cake:( [i haven't had them in a long time]. any suggestions??? also around what day next week are you putting up the deets to your next challenge? thanks<3 your always inspiring and my role model:)

Hi :)

There’s lots and lots of healthy options for sweets and desserts (when you get a moment, click on my FAQ, there’s 2 links on there that will lead you a world of healthy deliciousness). OH! and I just linked all my intake/hot spots/recipes on the blog called ‘Pretty Hungry’ so peep that too when you get a moment ;)

In regards to when the deets will be posted for the next challenge, it will be this Saturday Feb. 4th!
