2 granny smith apples (replaced 1 apple with 1 pear)
½ lemon Ginger root (thumb sized)  

lunch ¼ turkey burger and sweet potato fries via Jackson Hole  

snacks raw almonds and banana 

dinner Mean Green” juice

Today

bfast Mean Green” juice  

1 Bulk of kale

1 Cucumber (ran out!)  
2 granny smith apples (replaced 1 apple with 1 pear)
½ lemon Ginger root (thumb sized) 

lunch fontina, sun-dried tomato pesto with caramelized red onions & arugula panini vi‘snice 

snack mango smoothie with soy milk, organic peanut butter with superfruit jam and raw almonds
